While some universities — most liberal arts colleges — across the country have done so since the 1950s, the University of Chicago is the first top-10 research university in the United States to adopt a test-optional admissions policy, according to the Washington Post.

Orange County DA spokesperson Michelle Van Der Linden confirmed that the hearing was postponed and has not been rescheduled. 

Administrators at the Petaluma High School have stood by their decision to end her speech early. 'We were trying to make sure our graduation ceremony was appropriate and beautiful,' Petaluma Principal David Stirrat said.

Tuition for summer classes varies across the different schools, from $4,224 for courses in the College to $5,550 for those in Wharton. 

The lawsuit, filed on May 22nd, alleges that the hospital had submitted invalid claims to receive a total of $9 million from a state-funded program.
