“There is a vacuum of information that is just not there, that the media continues to fill with misinformation,” third-year Penn Law student Akbar Hossain said.
Amy Jordan, the associate dean for undergraduate studies at the Annenberg School for Communication and a communication professor, will serve as the chair of the education subcommittee on the board.
Participants opted to increase their anger more often when they anticipated taking part in a negotiation or competition than when they expected to engage in a conversation or play on a team.

The conference sought to address gender inequality in Pennsylvania's elected offices, which recently received a grade of "F" in the Representation 2020 Gender Parity Index.
"I also realized that money was important in health care if you did it right. So I came to a campus that was truly integrated in every way," said Mehmet Oz.
"Much of our day-to-day life is influenced by smaller elections," College sophomore Nicole Brigstock said. "Showing up to vote once every four years is not going to cut it."
