While Donald Trump may be Penn’s most famous current politician, come this November several more former Quakers may be making their mark on the American political landscape.

In 2016, 25 percent of graduates pursued careers in finance, 17 percent pursued careers in consulting, 15 percent pursued careers in technology, and 12 percent pursued careers in healthcare. 

2006 College graduate Conor Lamb won a close special election in the mostly-Republican Pennsylvania 18th district and now is campaigning for reelection in PA’s newly defined 17th district.

Knowles recently published a best-selling book called 'Reasons to Vote for Democrats.' The book, which contained 266 blank pages, seems to suggest that there are in fact no reasons to vote for Democrats.

The DP contacted 287 people for this story. Of the 59 people who responded, 50 said they expected Trump not to attend the reunion. Nine people said they expected Trump to attend.

The Court upheld its decision Monday, March 19, after a failed second attempt by Republican lawmakers to overturn the decision that stated the previous district lines were influenced by gerrymandering.
