Schuyler, who believed his speech at an archaeological conference was being suppressed, said he used the Nazi phrase and salute to reference limits on free speech in Nazi Germany.

The platform, called Magic Connects, has preregistered more than 100 students ahead of its launch at the end of this month.

Penn replaced QuakerNet with MyPenn as its alumni database system in late October, improving search functions and engagement features.
