It appears Penn students were quite as polite in 2014-15. After appearing at No. 1 on Grubhub's most polite colleges list in 2013-14, Penn has slipped all the way to No.




If Penn Athletic Director Grace Calhoun was using the past year to build the platform for a presidential run, her campaign slogan would be simple: Change you can believe in. After Steve Bilsky’s two-decade tenure atop the Penn Athletics mountain, Calhoun took over a program last July that had myriad parts going nowhere.




As a kid growing up, my parents gave me a daily allowance of what we then called “screen time.” At first 30 minutes, later extended to an hour, this was the single portion of the day when I was allowed to watch TV or use our family’s single computer — my Dad’s office desktop.
