The Penn field hockey team is coming off of its first Ivy win, 4-1 over Harvard, but the Quakers are far from off the hook. That’s because they’ll host Patriot League powerhouse Lafayette (7-1) tonight at Franklin Field.

At the end of the first half of last night’s game against University of Maryland-Baltimore County, the Penn women’s soccer team was in a scoreless deadlock despite clearly dominating an opponent that had been outscored in its last four games by a 15-0 margin.

For the second consecutive game, the Penn men’s soccer team will face a squad led by a dynamic duo on the front line.

Some Penn Greeks who hoped to donate blood yesterday will have to wait another week. Yesterday afternoon, Penn fraternities and sororities held their annual Greek Blood Drive in Houston Hall. But the blood drive was unexpectedly cut short due to a scheduling mistake.

Though the food served at Penn's dining halls is often produced up to 1,800 miles away from campus, yesterday Dining Services served 100-percent locally produced food.

Assault: Sept. 19 — A man unaffiliated with the University, 81, reported at about 2:15 a.m. that an unknown suspect approached him and pushed him to the ground on the 300 block of S. 39th St.

A female Penn student reported that she was raped at a party early Saturday morning by an unknown suspect, according to Detective Linda Blowes of Philadelphia Police Department's Special Victims Unit.
