Postseason dreams put to bed

Despite a team-leading four goals from senior Rob McMullen and six points from junior Corey Winkoff, the Quakers (5-8, 1-5 Ivy) were unable to overcome a career-high six tallies from Dartmouth’s Rhett Miller on their way to a 15-11 defeat.



Brown keeps Penn Ivy winless

Despite storming back from an early three-goal deficit and taking its first lead late in the third quarter, Penn men’s lacrosse was topped by No. 18 Brown, 12-9, Saturday.


Quakers duel their way to the top ten

Despite being riddled by numerous setbacks throughout the 2010 campaign, the Penn fencing team nearly reproduced last year’s seventh-place finish at the NCAA Championships on the season’s final weekend.

If Penn fails to secure a victory, it will be the first time the team has gone winless in the League since 1977-78, when the Red and Blue played just two Ivy games.
