Wharton junior Michelle Lyu, who first met Troy during her freshman year at Hillel's Falk Dining Commons, decided to start a fundraiser to help the Harris family. Currently, over 200 donations have raised over $8,000.

On April 14, rappers CupcakKe and Sage the Gemini, Pop and R&B singer JoJo, and alt-rock band the All-American Rejects will grace the Penn Park stage one year after Tinashe and ZEDD.

Created under Gutmann’s Penn Compact 2020, the Prizes grant students up to $100,000 to implement their projects the year after graduation, as well as $50,000 for each student to stipend living expenses. 

The change that will be going into effect in May is the expansion of these pre-existing rules to apply to entities outside of the E.U.

At the summit, students were divided into groups to discuss the different issues they face on campus and brainstorm possible solutions. 

The Social Planning and Events Committee Fling directors rejected 23 of the 41 student groups who applied to perform, whereas last year 44 of 47 applicants performed at Fling.

At the first Campus Conversation, President Gutmann and Provost Pritchett sat on the panel, but Monday, Pritchett sat in the first row as an audience member, and Gutmann was not present.

The teams that advanced beyond the regional round will travel to London for the final round this summer, but only six teams will have the chance to pitch to the UN for the $1,000,000 prize.

The program’s recent expansion was announced shortly after the first Campus Conversation as a part of the University’s Campaign for Wellness. 

The announcement of the center comes after a recent security breach at Penn, where approximately 9,000 student had their information accessed through advance registration lists. 

In order to sell items with the Penn logo, vendors must apply to the University for a license and, once received, must pay Penn a 10 percent royalty fee of the item’s wholesale cost.

This semester, the College Dean’s Advisory Board have introduced weekly themes to provide more structure to the initiative, and alternating locations to engage a wider variety of students.

The Amazon service Prime Now, which delivers groceries and household goods to Amazon Prime members within two hours of ordering, may soon occupy a building at 4100 Chestnut Street.

The program is open to all Penn students, both undergraduates and graduates, with no selective application process. Its fourth iteration will take place next semester.
