Vice President Joe Biden will speak at Cornell University’s Convocation this May, according to the Cornell Daily Sun.

Biden was chosen to speak by a committee of senior class marshals that has selected the Class Day speaker since 1968.

“Before going abroad, I was worried something like this was going to happen, but not in Sweden," College junior Lacey Chaum said. "It was the first time I ever felt like Stockholm was unsafe.”

NYU won their right to unionize under president Bill Clinton, who left office in 2001 and took his pro-labor views with him.

In April 2016, Perelman and five other peer institutions partnered with the Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy to research new techniques for cancer treatment. Parker provided a $250 million grant that was split between the six research institutions.

Penn spends the most on lobbying out of any Ivy League university — $5.3 million, a full 29 percent of the total Ivy expenditure on lobbying.

It is no secret that interest in computer science is skyrocketing. At Penn, the Computer Science and Information Sciences department is working to create a “richer selection” of courses that will appeal to students of all backgrounds.
