The funds will go to affected workers as well as the PHL COVID-19 Fund, which is helping local nonprofits stay afloat during the pandemic. 

Bon Appétit had previously planned to lay off approximately 140 workers in the retail dining cafes and Falk Dining Commons without pay at the end of March due to the coronavirus pandemic.
