A grand jury report released Wednesday charged former abortion doctor Kermit Gosnell with multiple counts of murder in the deaths of a woman as well as newborn babies whose spinal cords had been severed with scissors.

The petition has currently been signed by more than one third of UA members — filling the requirement for a charge to be brought against a member of the UA, according to College senior and UA member Mo Shahin.
