Kelly McCoy, a 2017 Lehigh graduate, organized a petition signed by over 30,000 people calling on the University to revoke Trump's honorary degree.

Rizzo served as police commissioner during the 1960s and as mayor from 1972 to 1980. He had notoriously tense relationships with the Philadelphia's black and LGBTQ communities during his tenure as a top city official. 

Both HUP and Penn Presbyterian received an "A" in the ratings from The Leapfrog Group, a nonprofit group that advocates for increased transparency in hospitals for potential patients.

Free speech among faculty has roared back into the news this semester with the controversies surrounding Penn Law professor Amy Wax and History TA Stephanie McKellop. 

The research could help inform recommendations for healthily-timed eating habits, identify targets for medical interventions for obesity, and prevent diabetes from developing.

Various establishments near campus have been cited for health violations, though students don't always think these violations are reason enough to avoid the eateries. 

Vice President of Facilities and Real Estate Services Anne Papageorge said the new building will make high rise field “a more useable green, not just a leftover one.”

“We are the largest private police department; we are larger than Princeton, we are larger than Yale, but we are the lowest paid,” Penn Police Association President Eric Rohrback said. 

This comes several weeks after the Trump administration's rollback of certain parts of the Affordable Care Act. 

Around 60 students chanted, “Hey, hey, Amy G, make Penn fossil free,” as they marched from the Button outside Van Pelt Library to the University Board of Trustees meeting.

Of the seven planned food stands, five have been confirmed: Goldie, Pitruco Pizza, Kensington Quarters, Little Baby's Ice Cream, and The Juice Merchant Juicery and Café.
