Wright State makes wrong move with dining hall menu
Wright State University in Ohio is apologizing for what students call an "offensive and disrespectful" menu for Black History Month that included fried chicken and collard greens. Chartwells Higher Education Dining Service, the dining provider for the university, explained that its goal is to "celebrate national events on campus with authentic and traditional cuisine...In no way was the promotion associated with Black History Month meant to be insensitive."
