The New York Times said the translation from Penn professor of classical studies Emily Wilson has given the ancient text "a radically contemporary voice."

Penn seniors Adnan Zikri Jaafar and Christopher D’Urso bring the number of Rhodes Scholars from Penn to 26. 

"The book, in a way, challenges the notion of Penn Face because it really conveys students’ raw feelings and lets other people know it’s okay to be vulnerable."

We should ensure that when we hold ourselves accountable it doesn’t come at the cost of neglecting to have Penn do the same.

There is great education and adventure in taking classes in a subject that is not only foreign to us, but also challenges our fundamental assumptions and beliefs. 

An education not only teaches but molds, and we ought to remember the forces that shape us into ourselves.

This past Sunday, Penn wrestling hosted 11 other teams in an electric Palestra filled with fans from all over the East Coast for the annual Keystone Classic.

This past weekend, the men's team won both of its matches, defeating No. 17 Virginia, 9-0, on Saturday and No. 14 Navy, 7-2, on Sunday. The women’s team, on the other hand, split its weekend with a pair of tough matches. After starting the weekend off with a win over No. 13 Virginia, 8-1, the Quakers then fell to No. 5 Stanford, 6-3.

Watson torched Cornell’s defense to lift the Quakers to a thrilling 29-22 victory and earned one last DP Sports' Player of the Week award in the process.

Theater Arts and English lecturer David Fox said that alhough he has seen many students write plays, this is the first fully-developed musical that he has seen from a student.
