The department has organized celebratory experiences for dining staff and is offering opportunities for the Penn community to leave appreciative messages for the team.

Ahead of the fall 2026 Advance Registration period, The Daily Pennsylvanian compiled a list of four types of special courses that Penn undergraduates can enroll in.

Tan told The Daily Pennsylvanian that it is “an honor” to be “conferred” with the society's fellow status.

The one-year program, open to Penn students, consists of six required courses, four electives, and an applied research component. 

Catalyst @ Penn GSE stated that it would be joining Digital Promise to develop publicly accessible generative AI tools to be used by school districts.
