The campaign is titled 'Power of Penn Campaign: Advancing Knowledge for Good' and aims to raise $4.1 billion dollar in four years. 

Kong's parents allege in their complaint that Penn neglected to prevent Kong from dying of suicide and does not have the proper mental health resources to support similar students.

The new terms of the three year contract, will provide a pay increase for officers, changes in officer pension plan, and includes new language allowing officers to review body camera footage during disciplinary hearings.

The program’s recent expansion was announced shortly after the first Campus Conversation as a part of the University’s Campaign for Wellness. 

The announcement of the center comes after a recent security breach at Penn, where approximately 9,000 student had their information accessed through advance registration lists. 

In order to sell items with the Penn logo, vendors must apply to the University for a license and, once received, must pay Penn a 10 percent royalty fee of the item’s wholesale cost.
