Following a vote Thursday night by the Panhellenic Council extension committee, a new chapter will join campus as early as next year as Penn's ninth sorority.

Chance to claw their way back

The Quakers will head to New Jersey for their annual four-game set against Princeton. The first two games will begin today at 12:30 p.m., and the series will finish up with two more tomorrow at the same time.


Journal showcases international relations students' research

The launch, which took place at Irvine Auditorium Thursday afternoon, was the first time the International Relations Program officially celebrated the publication of the Sigma Iota Rho Journal, which features an essay from Richard Haass, president of the Council on Foreign Relations.

The University has implemented new initiatives to “greenify” the Relays, which began Thursday and are continuing today and Saturday. Brochures and programs will use recyclable paper, and recycling bins have been placed in Franklin Field and in the Village and Concourse adjoining the stadium.



DeLucas put on sister act

When the Penn women’s lacrosse team takes on Brown at Franklin Field Sunday, senior co-captain Ali DeLuca’s mother, father and younger sister Katie will be there to honor her as they partake in senior night festivities.
