Baseball | Almost doesn't count

In what has been a season of close losses, disheartening Ivy weekends and unfulfilled expectations, Penn baseball had one last chance to salvage a shot at the Gehrig Division with two doubleheaders against Princeton this weekend. UA calls Penn to 'condense and clarify' IP policy

By JARED MCDONALD Staff Writer mcdonald@dailypennsylvanian.com Two weeks ago, the Undergraduate Assembly passed a resolution calling on the school to "condense and clarify" its policy on the intellectual property rights of students. David Lei | Bursaring away our futures

One of the first lessons we all learn as freshmen is that you can bursar an iPod at Computer Connection, then have your parents unknowingly pay the bill for it later. Devious, aren't we? Maryland was nearly an hour late arriving to Franklin Field Saturday, but when the final whistle blew it was the Quakers who never showed up. Penn was going for its first win ever against the Terrapins (whose bus driver took a wrong turn, hence the delay).
