Assault

April 25 - Police arrested Lloyd Rogers, 56 and unaffiliated with the University, at about 11:45 p.m. for allegedly brandishing a knife at a police officer. The suspect resides on the 300 block of North Budd Street.

Auto Theft

April 29 - A female student, 21, reported at about 12:30 a.m. that an unknown suspect took her secured vehicle from the 4000 block of Locust Street.

Theft

April 23 - An unknown suspect was reported to have removed a computer keyboard from an unsecured room in the Law School at about 9:45 a.m.

April 24 - Two complainants reported at about 11:15 a.m. that an unknown suspect removed personal property left in plain view from their secured vehicle, which was parked on the 3600 block of Chestnut Street.

April 24 - A man unaffiliated with the University, 18, reported at about 3 p.m. that his wallet had been removed from his unattended bag at Franklin Field.

April 25 - A female student, 18, reported at about 11 p.m. that her wallet was removed from her unattended handbag, which had been hanging from the back of her chair at the Food Court, located at 3409 Walnut St.

April 25 - A man unaffiliated with the University, 31, reported at about 7:45 p.m. that an unknown suspect removed his unattended bag from a location on the 3300 block of South Street.

April 25 - A man, 36, and a woman, 44, both unaffiliated with the University, reported at 7:15 p.m. that an unknown suspect removed their unattended bags from Weightman Hall.

April 25 - A woman unaffiliated with the University, 53, reported that at about 2:30 p.m. an unknown suspect took her wallet from her unattended bag, which was hanging on the back of her chair at New Deck Tavern, located at 3408 Sansom St.

April 25 - A male University employee, 35, reported at about 4:15 a.m. that an unknown suspect removed his unattended laptop from a room in the Moore School of Electrical Engineering, located at 200 S. 33rd St.

April 26 - A woman unaffiliated with the University reported at about 7:30 p.m. that an unknown suspect took her credit card from her unattended bag at Franklin Field.

April 26 - A female student, 21, reported at about 7:00 p.m. that an unknown suspect removed her unattended wallet from Houston Hall.

April 27 - A male student, 21, reported that at about 2:45 a.m. an unknown suspect had removed his clothing from an unattended dryer in a building on the 3700 block of Spruce Street.

April 28 - A female University employee, 49, reported at about 9:15 p.m. that an unknown suspect removed various personal items from her unattended pocketbook, left in a building on the 3400 block of Spruce Street.

April 28 - At about 5:15 p.m., unknown suspects were reported to have left the T-Mobile store, located at 3441 Chestnut St., without rendering payment for merchandise.

April 28 - At about 1:00 p.m., an unknown suspect was reported to have removed merchandise from Huntsman Hall without paying.

Fraud

April 29 - A male student, 22, reported to Penn Police at about 9:45 a.m. that an unknown suspect made fraudulent charges to an account he has with an online store.
