Theft
Feb. 3 - A female student, 22, reported at about 8 p.m. that an unknown suspect removed the tire from her bicycle, which was secured outside Harnwell College House.
Feb. 3 - A male student, 18, reported at about 7:15 p.m. that someone removed his unsecured bicycle from outside Gregory College House, located at 3909 Spruce St.
Feb. 3 - A male suspect, 17 and unaffiliated with the University, was arrested at approximately 5 p.m. for allegedly leaving Urban Outfitters, located at 110 S. 36th St., without paying for merchandise.
Feb. 3 - A woman unaffiliated with the University, 19, reported at approximately 4:30 p.m. that an unknown suspect had used her ATM card to make an unauthorized withdrawal on the 3000 block of Market Street.
Feb. 4 - A complainant reported at about 3:45 p.m. that property had been taken from Weightman Hall, located at 235 S. 33rd St.
