Faculty fight againstFaculty fight againstU. City's problems Senate Chairperson Peter Kuriloff said SEC has joined up with Penn Faculty and Staff for Neighborhood Improvement to establish cheaper housing options out of present facilities. Kuriloff, a professor in the Graduate School of Education, said SEC must give University community members solid educational options for their children. -- Ali Feen
