Several students present at the fireworks display recounted their experiences during and after the shooting to The Daily Pennsylvanian. 

The 14-year-old is 5-foot-6, 120 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes. Police ask anyone with possible information about his whereabouts to contact them at 215-686-3183 or 911.  

The shots came from the area of 25th and Spring Garden streets, behind where the Wawa Welcome America concert headlining Jason Derulo had concluded minutes before.

Laylo was shot in the head near the Wawa on Penn’s campus, as he and his mother headed in an Uber to the airport.

While the students were not injured in the mass shooting that night, 14 individuals — nearly all bystanders, with ages ranging from 17 to 69 — were either wounded or killed.
