A mysterious device was found on Cornell's central campus on Tuesday.
Cornell fire, police and emergency medical services arrived at the scene. The Endicott Bomb Squad also arrived with explosive bomb dogs. Classes were cancelled for the day and students and staff were asked to stay away from the area.
The incident was resolved by 6 p.m. with the area reopened to the public.
