Philadelphia police officers will begin testing their new wearable cameras today.
As part of a six-month pilot program, officers from the Philadelphia Police Department have volunteered to test out the new cameras. The program has been at the center of conversations following the shooting of Michael Brown by Police Officer Darren Wilson this summer.
