Study says majority of public school students don't graduate on time

Research from College Complete America has found that the majority of students of public universities don't graduate on time.

Only 19 percent of full-time students at public universities earning bachelor degrees graduate in four years. 

In its report "Four-Year Myth", College Complete America found the problem to be  severe at community colleges as well, with only 5 percent of full-time students earning an associate's degree in two years.
