Seven University of Pennsylvania students stood in solidarity with those rallying in Ferguson, Missouri during the recent 'Weekend of Resistance,' according to MSNBC.
The students raised money and took the 16-hour drive to Ferguson, but experienced a different atmosphere then the tumultuous one that surrounded the weeks following killing of Michael Brown. Instead, peaceful demonstrations and organized rallies marked the 'Weekend of Resistance.'
