Assault

Dec. 2 - Melissa Green, 19 and unaffiliated with the University, was arrested on the 3900 block of Market Street at 10 p.m. for allegedly assaulting a woman, 51 and also unaffiliated with the University, during a dispute.

Nov. 30 - Phong Le, 26 and unaffiliated with the University, of the 1600 block of 15th Street, was arrested on the 100 block of 40th Street at 1:30 a.m. for allegedly assaulting a woman, 19 and also unaffiliated with the University, during a dispute.

Burglary

Dec. 5 - A female student, 21, reported that someone entered her unsecured residence on the 3900 block of Pine Street and removed property at 12:30 p.m.

Theft

Dec. 5 - 22-year-old student Soyun Park, of the 6600 block of Souder Street, was arrested for allegedly attempting to leave Urban Outfitters, located at 110 S. 36th St., without paying for merchandise at 3 p.m.

Dec. 5 - A University employee, 32, reported that someone removed an unattended laptop from an unsecured room in Vance Hall at 1:30 p.m.

Dec. 5 - Someone took parts from a bicycle secured on a rack at Leidy Labs at 9 a.m.

Dec. 4 - Someone took merchandise from CVS, located at 3925 Walnut St. at 5 p.m. without paying for it.

Dec. 4 - Curtis Simmons, 53, unaffiliated with the University, of the 5300 block of Euclid Street, was arrested for allegedly taking merchandise, valued at $64, from CVS, located at 3925 Walnut St. at 9 p.m. without paying.

Dec. 3 - A man, 32, and two women, all unaffiliated with the University, reported someone broke into their vehicles and stole property on the 200 block of St. Marks Street at 7 a.m.

Dec. 3 - A woman, 25 and unaffiliated with the University, reported that someone stole cash from her unattended purse at the Presbyterian Church at 1 p.m.

Dec. 3 - A female student, 25, reported that someone stole an unattended package from a building lobby on the 4100 block of Walnut Street shortly after 11 p.m.

Nov. 30 - A female student, 24, reported that someone removed property, left in plain view, from her secured vehicle on the 4200 block of Osage Street at 10:30 a.m.

Nov. 29 - A female University employee, 33, reported that someone removed the seat from her secured bicycle at Stemmler Hall at 5 p.m.

Nov. 29 - Someone took merchandise from Eastern Mountain Sports, located at 3401 Chestnut St., at 6:30 p.m. without paying for it.

Retail Robbery

Dec. 3 - Offender was arrested for allegedly taking merchandise from Natural Shoe, located at 226 S. 40th St., shortly after 5 p.m. without paying for it and attempting to physically pass the responding officer.

Fraud

Dec. 7 - A female student, 19, reported that someone made fraudulent charges on her credit card on the 3900 block of Pine Street at 5 p.m.
