Burglary

Nov. 16 - A female student, 18, reported that her unsecured residence in English House was burglarized at 11 p.m.

Vandalism

Nov. 16 - A man unaffiliated with the University, 22, reported that someone broke a window in his vehicle parked on the 3900 block of Pine Street at 3:30 p.m.

Nov. 18 - Someone was reported to have defaced the Zeta Beta Tau fraternity house at about 2 p.m.

Fraud

Nov. 14 - A woman unaffiliated with the University, 51, reported that someone made fraudulent charges to her debit card at Fresh Grocer, located at 4001 Walnut St., at about 11 a.m.

Assault

Nov. 17 - A man reported that he was assaulted by a known offender while at a party on the 4200 block of Pine Street at 5:15 p.m.

Theft

Nov. 14 - Laptops were reported to have been stolen from unsecured labs within David Rittenhouse Laboratory at about 4 p.m.

Nov. 14 - A male student, 23, reported that someone stole a laptop from an office within the Laboratory for Research on the Structure of Matter at about 1 p.m.

Nov. 14 - A female student, 32, reported that someone took her wallet from her unattended handbag at Starbucks, located at 3421 Chestnut St., at about 11 a.m.

Nov. 15 - A man unaffiliated with the University reported that someone stole a stereo from his secured vehicle on the 4100 block of Pine Street at 8 p.m.

Nov. 15 - A woman unaffiliated with the University, 21, reported that property was stolen from an unsecured locker at the Class of 1923 Ice Rink at about 5 p.m.

Nov. 15 - Bernard Evans, unaffiliated with the University, 35, of the 4800 block of Chester Avenue, was arrested for allegedly attempting to break into a vehicle on 4200 block of Pine Street at about 1 p.m.

Nov. 16 - A female student, 25, reported that someone stole a stereo from her secured vehicle on the 4100 block of Pine Street at 10 a.m.

Nov. 16 - Two male juveniles, both 17, were arrested for allegedly attempting to leave the T-Mobile store, located at 3441A Chestnut St., without paying for merchandise valued at $800 at about noon.

Nov. 17 - A computer was reported to have been stolen from an unsecured computer lab in the Vagelos Research Lab at 4 p.m.

Nov. 19 - A fan was reported to have been stolen from a courtyard on the 3800 block of Spruce Street at 7:30 a.m.

Nov. 19 - Nicole Newell, unaffiliated with the University, 31, of the 6500 block of Torresdale, was arrested for allegedly attempting to leave Fresh Grocer without paying for merchandise valued at $66 at about 10 a.m.

Nov. 19 - A male student, 25, reported that someone stole a laptop from the McNeil Building at about noon.

Nov. 19 - A female University employee, 48, reported that someone attempted to remove a laptop from Leidy Labs at about 2 p.m.

Nov. 19 - Two female juveniles, 16 and 15, were arrested for attempting to leave Urban Outfitters, located at 110 S. 36th St., without paying for merchandise at 2:15 p.m.

Nov. 19 - A female University employee, 62, reported that her unattended laptop was taken from her office in Blockley Hall at 4 p.m.

Nov. 19 - A male student, 27, reported that her unattended laptop was stolen from her unsecured office in David Rittenhouse Laboratory a little after 5 p.m.

Nov. 20 - A male student, 20, reported that his secured bicycle was stolen from the 4000 block of Market Street at 7 p.m.

Nov. 20 - A female student, 26, reported that someone stole items from her unsecured purse in Claudia Cohen Hall at 8:30 p.m.
