Philadelphia could see heavy rains and strong winds this weekend as a result of Tropical Storm Hanna.

The National Weather Service has issued a flood watch and tropical storm wind warning for Philadelphia through Saturday evening.

Rainfall is expected to be between four and six inches. The weather service predicted sustained winds between 30 and 40 mph, with gusts between 50 and 60 mph.

Minor tidal flooding is possible along the Delaware River, and flash flooding along creeks and streams is also possible.
