Burglary

Jan. 29 - A staff member reported that several offices near 40th and Chestnut streets were forcibly entered and ransacked by an unknown suspect, and that one office had about $100 removed.

Theft

Feb. 4 - A student reported that, during a disturbance at Philly Diner, her purse - containing goods worth about $300 - was stolen by an unknown person at about 3:30 a.m.

Feb. 3 - A complainant unaffiliated with the University reported that, upon returning to her car at Garage 40 at the intersection of 40th and Walnut streets, the driver-side door had been damaged and several items has been removed at about 11:30 p.m.

Feb. 3 - A student reported that his bike, value unknown, was stolen from Hamilton College House by an unknown suspect at about 3 p.m.

Feb. 3 - A staff member reported that her wallet was taken from her unsecured office in the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania at about 10:30 a.m.

Jan. 31 - Two minors unaffiliated with the University were reported to have removed items worth about $250 from Urban Outfitters at 110 S. 36th St. The suspects were later apprehended on the 100 block of S. 36th St. at about 5 p.m.

Jan. 31 - A female complainant unaffiliated with the University reported that her wallet - containing about $80 - was stolen from her purse when she left it unattended in the Schattner Building at 240 S. 40th St. at about 1:30 p.m.

Jan. 30 - Albi Eggleston, 52 and unaffiliated with the University, was stopped by security after he allegedly placed items worth about $30 in his pockets without paying at about 8 p.m.

Jan. 29 - A male student reported that his locker in the Law School had been pried open, and items of undetermined value had been removed by an unknown suspect, at about 2 p.m.

DUI

Feb. 1 - Destini Brown, 19 and unaffiliated with the University, was arrested for and alleged DUI after her vehicle was observed driving erratically and hitting a parked vehicle on the 4200 block of Walnut Street at about 2 a.m.

Disorderly Conduct

Feb. 3 - Jose Fitzgerald, a visiting student, was cited after allegedly yelling and striking a University City District officer, and causing disturbance on the 3900 block of Sansom Street at about 2 a.m.
