Trouble accessing the DPAA Information Update Database?
In order to access and update your information profile in the DPAA's database, you need to enter your six-character Personal Access Code, plus the site login name and password (contained in the email or on the printed form you received from the DPAA.) Your password is a mix of letters and numbers and is not case sensitive.
If you've misplaced (or never received) a form or email, please send us an email and we will send you your access information by return email.
Note: some corporate computer firewalls may not allow access to this database. If you cannot get through, you can (a) try accessing this site from your home Internet service provider, (b) wait to receive a paper copy of your Information Profile in the mail, or (c) download a blank Information Profile form (one-page PDF) to complete and mail or fax back.
