University and city officials are expected to attend, and planners asked for student participation as well. -- Mike Madden GreekNet to kick off by middle of spring term Implementation of the GreekNet project is expected to begin by the middle of next semester, Office of Fraternity and Sorority Affairs Director Scott Reikofski said yesterday. The GreekNet initiative will provide telephone, video and ethernet wiring to all University-owned and University-affiliated fraternity and sorority houses. The project will also hardwire the houses' smoke detectors and sprinkler monitor systems into University safety systems. -- Tammy Reiss
