Outgoing Panhel President Debbie Frank, a Sigma Delta Tau sister, led the ceremonies. Frank spoke about the goals of Panhel and the responsibilities of the incoming pledges. "We must continue to strengthen our unity within the system by supporting each chapter since each house is a valuable asset to the Panhellenic Council," she said. Frank also introduced the new Panhel executive board. Allison Marinoff, a Delta Delta Delta sister will be president; Phi Sigma Sigma sister Wendy Perlmutter will be Vice President for Publicity; Alpha Chi Omega sisters Nancy Hacker and Meridith Blank will be Vice President for Rush and Ombudsman, respectively; Alpha Phi sister Suzanne Rosenberg will be secretary; and Kappa Alpha Theta sister Corinne Shaffer will be treasurer. -- Daniel Gingiss
