To the Editor: Unfortunately, one group of Dining Service customers was systematically excluded from the survey: people without dinner contracts. The purpose of the survey is for Dining Service to elicit feedback from the very people they serve. While people without dinner contracts may be in the minority, we deserve to have our opinions and comments registered along with other Dining Service customers. If the survey were conducted at lunch, people without dinner contracts could join in the forum on Dining Service quality. PATRICK MATTHEWS College/Wharton '93
