LETTER: Thought for Food

To the Editor: Dining Services has been fortunate over the past 18 years to receive quite a few awards, but none that we have received has been more appreciated than this photo essay. That your photographers selected a 15-year employee, who has been a favorite of our student customers; one of our special citizens, a graduate of the Elwyn program; and two excellent student workers, spoke volumes -- "a thousand words," if you wish -- about the care and sensitivity of photographers Leanne Chukoskie, Eli Masson and Paul Hu.
