To the Editor: In reality, however, the University is in a financial stranglehold and desperately needs students to live in its dorms. Therefore, the "new and improved" Escort Services is an incentive for off-campus students to occupy empty rooms on campus and pump money back into Penn's coffers. Indeed, it poses a threat to many.
