Following a roller coaster season in which the Quakers won as many as six in a row, the squad entered a four game stand with Princeton this weekend having lost six of its past seven. However, the Red and Blue didn’t disappoint, winning three of four.



Road blues leave Penn empty

A disappointing road stint continued for Penn women’s tennis this weekend as the team was swept 7-0 by both Brown and Yale this weekend.

With a complete lineup for the first time in months, the Red and Blue will travel to Towson, Md., for the Shelli Calloway Invitational, where they will take on the Tigers, Cornell, Temple, and Ursinus.

While competing in the two-day New Balance Invitational in New York City, five Quakers qualified for the ECAC Championships, bringing Penn’s total number of qualifiers to six.
