Four Penn graduate students were reportedly robbed. 

A ruptured pipe caused the leak, according to an email from Division of Public Safety Executive Director of Operations Kathleen Shields Anderson.

On October 11, the suspect was observed removing property from the front porch of 4205 Pine St. at about 4:47 p.m.

The alert, which was posted at 4:56 p.m., described the suspect as a male, between 15 to 17 years old. 

On October 4, the complainant reported being in a verbal altercation with the suspect, who then struck him in the head with a chair. 

On September 27, the complainant reported that an unknown person called her and told her to purchase gift cards in order to protect her back accounts. 

On Sept. 23, the complainant reported finding the rear basement door open when she returned home, but there were no signs of forced entry. 

On Sept. 19, the complainants reported that an unknown suspect entered the women’s locker room and removed cash and a phone charger from unattended bags in the room. The incident occurred at the Palestra at about 4 p.m.

The former employee, who identifies as a transgender woman, claims she was mistreated after a routine medical procedure at HUP. 

The break was located at 40th and Sansom streets and occurred at about 8 p.m., Division of Public Safety Director of Operations Kathleen Shields Anderson wrote in an email. 

On Sept. 6, the complainant reported that an employee did not turn in cash payments at the end of their shift at Jimmy John's, located at 3925 Walnut St., at about 3 a.m.

The robbery took place on the 4300 block of Baltimore avenue.

On September 5, the complainant reported that packages that were delivered to the porch had been tampered with and that some items were missing. 

On Aug. 23, a water bottle was thrown from the Fresh Grocer parking garage in an attempt to hit a person.

Marybeth Gasman, who ran the Center for Minority Serving Institutions and studied historically black colleges and universities, was investigated the Penn. She will be starting a new position at Rutgers on Sept. 1.

Penn Police responded to a total of 231 crimes within their patrol zone from May 18 to August 18 this summer.

The agreement reached between Rafael Robb and the estate of his late wife, Ellen Gregory, stipulates that 75% of the value of Robb’s investment and pension assets will be transferred to the Gregory estate.
