An indecent assault occurred on the 4100 block of Pine Street, prompting a UPennAlert Tuesday evening. 

"The complainant reported that while riding a bicycle, an individual rode up next to the complainant, touched the complainant’s buttocks without permission, and then rode away," according to an email from Division of Public Safety Senior Associate Director Stacy Lutner Ritchey.

The suspect is a male between 15-to 17 years old who was wearing a black beanie hat and an olive tracksuit, according to the alert sent at 4:56 p.m. Police and security officers have responded to the area. All clear message was sent at 5:20 p.m. 

The suspect was arrested at about 6:03 p.m., Ritchey wrote. 

He was riding a BMX bike and was traveling north on St. Marks Street toward Walnut Street, the alert read.
