The Philadelphia Police are currently investigating the string of assaults and urges anyone with information to come forward.

Orange County DA spokesperson Michelle Van Der Linden confirmed that the hearing was postponed and has not been rescheduled. 

The suspect, a black male in his 30s, seen wearing a tan jacket, black gloves, a white hat, and sunglasses, is still at large.

The alert indicated that the suspect was last seen inside the hotel, but that police were on the scene and patrolling the area.

Both the Philadelphia Police Department and Temple Police are investigating the homicide, and Temple’s announcement noted the investigators “do not believe that this was a random act.”

“I cannot judge if [the perpetrator] is experienced or not, but what I can tell that he is trying his best to evade authorities,” Maureen Rush, the Vice President for Public Safety and Superintendent of the Penn Police, said. 

April 12: An 18-year old woman was issued a citation for underage drinking on the 200 block of 41st St., around 11:45 p.m.

In a letter signed by over 90 student organizations at American universities, the Harvard Black Law Students Association claimed that the arrest was a 'a brutal instance of police violence.'

March 23: A theft was reported at Huntsman Hall between the late morning and early afternoon which resulted in losses totaling over $200.

The new terms of the three year contract, will provide a pay increase for officers, changes in officer pension plan, and includes new language allowing officers to review body camera footage during disciplinary hearings. 

After visiting other campuses, JHU President Ron Daniels said he found that the University was 'dramatically out of step with our peers' in regards to campus security.

The contract between the PPA and the University expired on July 31, 2017 and until this point had not been renewed since representatives from the union and DPS had not been able to agree on the terms of the contract.

The latest ruling by US District Judge Deborah A. Batts means Gilliams, 51, will remain in prison until 2022.

Students at Saint Joseph’s University remembered Mark Dombrowski in a prayer service held by the university's chaplain on March 19.

The incident coincided with National School Walkout Day, when high school and university students from across the country showed support for stricter gun regulations in response to the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting that left 17 dead last month.
