Hi Friends, My name is Lawrence Perry and I am running to be your voice, your college representative for the Undergraduate Assembly. I emphasize your, because I truly want to fight for the issues most important to you.  While this may be my first run for UA, this is not my first rodeo with leadership here at Penn. I currently serve as the Financial Director of Penn Democrats, and I am a member of the Residential Services Advisory Board (RSAB), where we work to improve the experience of living within the College Houses. I want to take the skills I have learned in these roles and apply them to Undergraduate Assembly. Friends, I want to be a champion for the ultimate cause: you. If elected I pledge to be one of the most accessible members of the UA. Folks, I want to be the conduit between challenges we face today and the solutions we create tomorrow. The only way we can accomplish this is by working together. Therefore, if elected one of my first action items would be to foster more dialogue between the UA and the student body. I believe there must be more avenues to hear from and get input from students on UA projects. Only by channeling the many vibrant voices here at Penn can we begin to create lasting change. So please allow me, Lawrence Perry to serve you as your College representative to the UA. Thank you for your time.
