Legal Studies and Business Ethics professor Kevin Werbach is serving on President-elect Barack Obama's transition team.
Werbach, who was a technology policy advisor to Obama during the campaign, is the co-leader of the Agency Review Team for the Federal Communications Commission.
The Agency Review Teams will review "key departments, agencies and commissions of the United States government, as well as the White House," according to Obama's transition Web site.
The Web site also says these review teams "will ensure that senior appointees have the information necessary to complete the confirmation process, lead their departments and begin implementing signature policy initiatives immediately after they are sworn in."
Werbach said he is not allowed to speak to the press about his work on the transition.
