Theft:
Oct. 23 - Someone reported that GPS devices, left in plain sight, were stolen from an automobile and ambulance on the 4200 block of Sansom Street at 12:30 p.m.
Oct. 23 - Two male students, 18 and 20, reported that their unattended wallets were stolen from an unsecured room at the Iron Gate Theatre, located on the corner of 37th and Chestnut streets, a little before 5 p.m.
Oct. 23 - Bryan Smith, 20, of the 5100 block of Ludlow Street and unaffiliated with the University, was arrested a little before 8 p.m. for allegedly leaving the Fresh Grocer, located on 40th and Walnut streets, without paying for merchandise valued at $35.
Oct. 22 - A female student, 29, reported that her bicycle, secured with a cable lock, was stolen from the 3700 block of Walnut Street at 7:30 p.m.
Oct. 20 - A man, 31 and unaffiliated with the University, reported that someone stole a "no parking" sign from his property on the 3900 block of Delancey Street at 4:30 p.m.
Oct. 20 - A man, 20 and unaffiliated with the University, reported that his unattended laptop and audio equipment were stolen from the Sigma Nu fraternity house, located at 3819 Walnut St., a little after 5 p.m.
Oct. 20 - A male student, 22, reported that his laptop was stolen from an unsecured office in Huntsman Hall, located at 3730 Walnut St., at 10:30 p.m.
Oct. 19 - A woman, 22 and unaffiliated with the University, reported that her bike, secured with a cable lock, was stolen at 10:30 a.m. from the David Rittenhouse Laboratories, located at 209 S. 33rd St.
Oct. 19 - A female student, 18, reported that her unattended handbag was stolen from the Tau Epsilon Phi fraternity house, located at 3805 Walnut St., at 10:30 p.m.
Oct. 19 - A woman unaffiliated with the University reported that her GPS device, left in plain view, was stolen from her vehicle on the 100 block of S. 41st Street at 10 a.m.
Oct. 18 - A woman, 20 and unaffiliated with the University, reported that her bicycle, secured with a cable lock, was stolen from the Morgan Building, located at 3620 Hamilton Walk, a little after 5:30 p.m.
Oct. 18 - A female student, 21, reported that her unattended backpack was stolen from Huntsman Hall at 9 p.m.
Oct. 17 - A female juvenile, 15, was arrested at 4 p.m. for allegedly leaving Urban Outfitters, located at 110 S. 36th St., without paying.
Oct. 17 - Derrick Churchwell, 18, of the 5600 block of Rodman Street and unaffiliated with the University, was arrested a little after 4 p.m. for allegedly attempting to leave American Apparel, located at 3611 Walnut St., without paying.
Oct. 17 - Someone was reported to have stolen clothes from a laundry room in the Hamilton Court apartments, located at 39th and Chestnut streets, a little before 5 p.m.
Oct. 17 - A man unaffiliated with the University reported that his briefcase, left in plain sight, was stolen from his car on the 3700 block of Sansom Street at 11:30 p.m.
Fraud:
Oct. 17 - A male student, 22, reported that someone had withdrawn money from his checking account.
