Sept. 9 - Mathigirl Venkatesam, 28, unaffiliated with the University, was arrested at about 8:45 p.m. for allegedly assaulting a female University employee, 36, during a domestic dispute.

Theft

Sept. 11 - A woman unaffiliated with the University, 22, reported that someone broke the window of her vehicle parked on the 300 block of S. 41st Street and took various CDs at about 6 a.m.

Sept. 11 - A female student, 20, reported that someone removed her wallet from her handbag in Cosi, located at 140 S. 36th St., at about 2:30 p.m.

Sept. 11 - Victor Lloyd, 43, unaffiliated with the University, was arrested at about 4 p.m. for allegedly leaving Fresh Grocer, located at 4001 Walnut St., without paying for items valued at $160.

Sept. 11 - A male student, 24, reported that someone removed his secured bicycle from the 100 block of S. 34th St. at about 4:30 p.m.

Sept. 10 - Anthony Cavage, 29, unaffiliated with the University, was arrested at about 10 a.m. for allegedly taking a female student's bag of food on the 3700 block of Walnut Street.

Sept. 10 - A man unaffiliated with the University, 29, reported that his secured bicycle was removed from the 4000 block of Chestnut Street at about 4:15 p.m.

Sept. 10 - A male student, 24, reported that someone removed the rear wheel of his bicycle from outside the Law School at about 11:30 p.m.

Sept. 9 - A male student, 20, reported that his unsecured bicycle was taken from the porch of a building on the 4000 block of Baltimore Avenue at about 2 p.m.

Sept. 8 - A male student, 22, reported that his secured bicycle was taken from the 200 block of St. Mark's Street at 8 p.m.

Sept. 8 - A male student, 35, reported that someone broke the window of his car on the 3600 block of Market Street and removed his wallet at about 9 a.m.

Sept. 8 - A female student reported that her secured bicycle was removed from the 3400 block of Walnut Street at about 1 p.m.

Sept. 8 - A man unaffiliated with the University, 28, reported that someone broke the window of his car on the unit block of S. 31st Street and took his laptop at about 8 a.m.

Sept. 7 - A female University employee, 38, reported that her secured bicycle was taken from the Biomedical Research Building at about 3:45 p.m.

Sept. 7 - A male student, 20, reported that someone broke the window of his car on the 400 block of S. 41st Street and removed loose change at about 4:45 p.m.

Sept. 7 - A female student, 21, reported that someone took her unattended wallet from Pottruck at about 5:30 p.m.

Sept. 5 - Antonio Brown, 41, unaffiliated with the University, was arrested for allegedly attempting to leave CVS, located at 3401 Walnut St., without paying at about 10:30 a.m.

Sept. 5 - A male student, 23, reported that his secured bicycle was removed from Stemmler Hall at about 1 p.m.

Sept. 5 - Boxes were reported taken from an unsecured room at Penn Presbyterian Hospital at about 2 p.m.

Sept. 5 - A camera was reported taken from an unsecured office in Weightman Hall at about 7 p.m.

Narcotic

Sept. 7 - William Smith, 25, unaffiliated with the University, was arrested at about 12:45 a.m. on the 4000 block of Spruce Street for allegedly possessing marijuana.

Vandalism

Sept. 7 - A male student, 20, reported that two people broke the door to his residence on the 3900 block of Baltimore Avenue at about 2:30 a.m.

Sept. 6 - A man unaffiliated with the University, 26, reported that three people broke a window of his vehicle on the 4000 block of Walnut Street at about 7:30 p.m.

Sept. 6 - Someone was reported to have broken a window in Bennett Hall at about 3:30 p.m.
