July 15 - A female unaffiliated with the University, 22, reported that an unknown suspect removed her wallet from her bag left in an unsecured room in Vance Hall at about 3:30 p.m.
July 14 - Tiahgee Daughtry, 19, unaffiliated with the University, was arrested for allegedly taking a woman's unattended handbag on the 3400 block of Chestnut Street at about 12:15 a.m.
July 14 - A female University employee, 24, reported that an unknown suspect removed her bag from an unlocked locker in Pottruck Center at about 1:15 p.m.
July 14 - A female unaffiliated with the University, 22, reported that an unknown suspect removed her wallet from her sweatshirt that was on the back of her chair in the Food Court, located at 3409 Walnut St., at about 2 p.m.
July 14 - A female student, 36, reported that an unknown suspect removed her wallet from her unattended bag that was on the floor beside her table at Cosi, located at 140 S. 36th St., at about 4:30 p.m.
July 12 - A female student, 25, reported that an unknown suspect removed a laptop, valued at $1,095, and a camera from her unlocked safe in an unsecured studio in the Morgan Building at about 11:15 a.m.
July 11 - A male unaffiliated with the University, 15, was arrested for attempting to take personal property from multiple vehicles in the Presbyterian Hospital parking lot at about 12 p.m.
July 11 - A male unaffiliated with the University reported that an unknown suspect entered his vehicle in a parking garage located at 38th and Walnut streets and removed his wallet at about 12:45 p.m.

July 11 - Alphonso Richardson, 19, unaffiliated with the University, was arrested for allegedly taking personal items from a man's unsecured backpack in Cosi at about 6:15 p.m.
July 11 - A male unaffiliated with the University, 24, reported that an unknown suspect entered his vehicle in a parking garage on 41st Street and removed his G.P.S. at about 8:30 p.m.
July 11 - Merchandise was reported to have been removed without payment from the Penn Bookstore, located at 3601 Walnut St., at about 9:15 p.m.
July 11 - Edward Thomas, 39, unaffiliated with the University, was arrested for allegedly leaving Fresh Grocer, located at 4001 Walnut St., without paying for merchandise at about 12 p.m.
Fraud
July 16 - A female student, 19, contacted police from Harnwell College House at about 10:45 a.m. to report that an unknown suspect made unauthorized charges on her credit card.
July 14 - Ronald Taylor, 57, unaffiliated with the University, was arrested for allegedly attempting to cash another man's check at Commerce Bank, located at 3731 Walnut St., at about 10:30 a.m.
July 14 - A male student, 20, contacted police to report that an unknown suspect made unauthorized charges to his credit card at about 3 p.m.
Robbery
July 16 - A male unaffiliated with the University, 58, reported that two known suspects approached him on the 4100 block of Ludlow Street, displayed a gun, took $25 from him and fled in a vehicle at about 12:15 p.m.
July 11 - A male unaffiliated with the University, 15, was arrested for allegedly punching a man in the mouth, taking the man's bicycle and fleeing from the scene at about 9:15 p.m.
