Theft

June 1 - Joseph Robinson, 36, unaffiliated with the University, was arrested for allegedly leaving the Penn Bookstore, located at 3601 Walnut St., without paying for merchandise valued at $150, at about 7:30 p.m.

May 31 - A male unaffiliated with the University reported that an unknown suspect broke a window to his secured car and removed a laptop, camera and other personal items, valued at $3500, on the 4000 block of Pine St. at about 12 p.m.

May 31 - Anthony Henderson, 42, unaffiliated with the University, was arrested for allegedly leaving Fresh Grocer, located at 4001 Walnut St., without paying for merchandise valued at $32, at about 9:30 p.m.

May 30 - A female unaffiliated with the University reported that an unknown suspect removed her unattended laptop, valued at $1400, from The Bridge Cinema: Delux, located at 40th and Walnut streets at about 1:30 p.m.

May 29 - A Presbyterian Hospital employee, 45, reported that an unknown suspect removed her purse from an unsecured filing cabinet at Presbyterian Hospital at about 5 p.m.

May 28 - A male student, 27, reported that his bicycle, secured with a U-lock, was removed from a bike rack outside Meyerson Hall by an unknown suspect at about 10:30 a.m.

May 28 - A female student, 20, reported that an unknown suspect removed parts of her secured bicycle from outside the Clinical Research Building at about 12:30 p.m.

May 28 - A female unaffiliated with the University reported that an unknown suspect removed her unattended pocketbook from Van Pelt Library at about 2 p.m.

May 28 - A University employee, 43, reported that her bicycle, secured with a cable lock, was removed from a bike rack outside Houston Hall by an unknown suspect at about 7:30 p.m.

May 27 - A male unaffiliated with the University reported that an unknown suspect broke a window to his secure vehicle and removed a GPS device at the Sheraton parking garage, located at 36th and Chestnut streets, at about 6:30 p.m.

May 27 - Steven Vivian, 59, unaffiliated with the University, was arrested for allegedly leaving the Penn Bookstore, located at 3601 Walnut St., without paying for merchandise valued at $109, at about 9:30 p.m.

May 21 - A male unaffiliated with the University reported that an unknown suspect removed his unattended property, valued at $130, from an unsecured locker room on the 100 block of 40th St. at about 1 a.m.

May 22 - Two University employees reported that an unknown suspect removed personal items from their unattended and unsecured office in Weightman Hall at about 12:15 p.m.

May 22 - Whitney Campbell, 21, unaffiliated with the University, was arrested for allegedly leaving Urban Outfitters, located at 110 S. 36th St., without paying for merchandise valued at $75, at about 3:30 p.m.

May 20 - A male and a female unaffiliated with the University reported that an unknown suspect removed their unattended property from Vance Hall at about 6:30 p.m.

May 19 - A female student, 23, reported that an unknown suspect broke the railing that her bicycle, secured with a U-lock, was attached to and removed the bicycle on the 4000 block of Chestnut St. at about 1 p.m

May 17 - A male student, 25, reported his bicycle, secured with a U-lock, was removed by an unknown suspect from a parking meter on the 200 block of 33rd St.

Robbery

May 30 - Two juvenile males, 15 and 17, were arrested for allegedly walking up behind a female University employee, 33, pushing her to the ground, and taking her bag on the 4200 block of Pine St. at about 7:30 p.m.

May 29 - Charles Bates, 41, and Arreta Gray, 26, both unaffiliated with the University, were arrested for allegedly striking a University employee, 33, demanding money and taking about $15, on the 3900 block of Market St. at about 4:15 a.m.

May 27 - Michael Vann, 29, unaffiliated with the University, was arrested after starting a fight with a store security officer at CVS, located at 3409 Walnut St., who saw him attempt to leave the store without paying for merchandise at about 9:30 p.m.

Burglary

May 31- A male student, 23, reported that an unknown suspect entered his premises, located on the 4000 block of Spruce St., through an unsecured window and removed a wireless router at about 12:30 a.m.

May 29 - A male student, 34, reported that an unknown suspect entered his premises, located on the 4000 block of Chestnut St., through an unsecured window and removed various personal property at about 5 p.m.

May 27 - Two people unaffiliated with the University, 24, reported that an unknown suspect forced open a door to their apartment, located on the 4000 block of Chestnut St., and removed various electronics and personal property at about 11:30 p.m.

May 26 - An unknown suspect was reported to have entered St. Mary's Church and took several SEPTA tokens from an office area at about 6:15 p.m.

Auto theft

May 30 - A male student, 19, reported his vehicle and car keys, parked on the 200 block of 40th St., missing to Penn Police at about 2:30 a.m.

May 28 - A University employee, 23, reported his vehicle, which was parked on the 4100 block of Spruce, missing to Penn Police at about 6 p.m.

Vandalism

May 30 - A male unaffiliated with the University, 20, reported that a suspect struck his vehicle with a wiffle-ball bat, causing damage to the vehicle at about 9:30 p.m.

Fraud

May 23 - A female student, 26, reported fraudulent charges made on her credit card while at Starbucks, located at 3401 Walnut St, at about 11:30 p.m.

May 19 - Four suspects were reported to have left Philly Diner, located at 3901 Walnut St., without paying for the food they consumed, valued at $100, at about 1:45 a.m.

May 16 - A female student, 23, reported fraudulent charges made on her credit card while at Qdoba at about 12:45 p.m.
