Assault
April 25 - Two complainants unaffiliated with the University, one male and one female, reported that an unknown suspect tried to take the woman's laptop and assaulted the male by punching and kicking him on Franklin Field at 1:30 p.m.
April 26 - Demaris Peters, 25, of the 400 block of 60th Street, was arrested for allegedly swerving his car toward police officers on Locust Street at about 1:30 p.m.
April 27 - William Braley, 18, of the 6100 block of Delancey Street, was arrested for allegedly assaulting a police officer near the 3900 block of Walnut Street at about 3:16 a.m.
Theft
April 21 - An unidentified person took a sign from the sidewalk outside Salad Works, located at 3728 Spruce St., at about 10 p.m.
April 21 - Unknown suspects were reported to have left Urban Outfitters, located at 110 S. 36th St., without paying for merchandise, valued at $94, at about 6 p.m.
April 21- A female, 19, unaffiliated with the University, reported that an unknown suspect took her unattended property from University Pinball, located at 4006-08 Spruce St., at about 3:45 p.m.
April 22 - Ashwan Allen, 36, of the 5100 block of Hoops Street, was arrested at about 12:30 p.m. for allegedly leaving Urban Outfitters without paying for $66 worth of merchandise.
April 23 - A female student, 25, reported that her bicycle, secured with a cable lock, was removed from Huntsman Hall, located at 3730 Walnut St., at about 4:12 p.m.
April 23 - Jamilla Williams, 21, of the 2900 block of Haverford Avenue, was arrested for allegedly taking a deposit bag from CVS, located at 3401 Walnut St., at about 2:35 p.m.
April 24 - A female student, 20, reported that an unknown suspect removed her unattended purse from Van Pelt Library, located at 3420 Walnut St., at about 3:45 p.m.
April 24 - A male unaffiliated with the University, 33, reported that an unknown suspect took his unattended phone from Club Atlantis, located at 3801 Chestnut St., at about 1:49 a.m.
April 25 - A male juvenile unaffiliated with the University reported that his unattended backpack was taken from Franklin Field at about 7:20 p.m.
April 25 - Complainants unaffiliated with the University reported that an unknown suspect removed several laptops and personal items from a secured vehicle in a parking lot located under the Walnut Street overpass at 31st Street.
April 27 - Unknown suspects were reported to have left America Apparel, located at 3661 Walnut St., without paying at about 2:30 p.m.
Fraud
April 26 - Andre Maryo, 45, of the 4700 block of Longshore Avenue, was arrested for allegedly selling counterfeit tickets on the 3300 block of Walnut Street at 1:21 p.m.
Vandalism
April 23 - A female unaffiliated with the University, 22, reported that her vehicle's window was broken by an unknown suspect at about 11:30 p.m., while it was parked on the unit block on 41st Street.
April 24 - A male, 22, unaffiliated with the University, reported that his vehicle's window was broken by an unknown suspect while parked on the 4100 block of Irving at 2 a.m.
