Burglary

March 28 - Several computers, valued at $3,600, were reportedly removed from a secured office within Stemmler Hall, located at 3450 Hamilton Walk, at about 8:30 a.m.

March 29 - A male unaffiliated with the University of unknown age reported that an unknown suspect removed cash from his secured hotel room while he was away from his room at the University City Sheraton, located at 3549 Chestnut St., at about 1:45 a.m.

March 31 - Several sets of eyeglasses were reported to have been removed from a secured room within the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, located at 3400 Spruce St., at about 2:45 a.m.

April 1 - Several computers were removed from secured offices within Goddard Labs, located at 3710 Hamilton Walk, at about 9:40 a.m.

Theft

March 28 --- Cash was reported to have been removed from a secured cash box by an unknown suspect from a room within Stemmler Hall at about 10:15 a.m.

March 29 -- A female student, 19, reported that an unknown suspect took her unsecured wallet from Starbucks, located at 3401 Spruce St., at about 6:15 p.m.

March 29 - A female student, 18, reported that an unknown suspect removed her unattended wallet from an unsecured room in Irvine Auditorium, located at 3401 Spruce St., at about 5:30 p.m.

March 30 - A male student, 22, reported that an unknown suspect removed his unsecured and unattended bicycle from Steinhardt Hall, located at 215 S. 39th St., at about 6:10 p.m.

March 30 - A male unaffiliated with the University, 64, reported that an unknown suspect removed his bicycle, valued at about $500 and secured with a chain, from the Furness Building, located at 220 S. 34th St., at about 2:20 p.m.

March 31 - Kevin Hopkins, 38, and Mark Hopkins, 20, both of the 4000 block of Lancaster Ave. and unaffiliated with the University, were arrested by Penn Police for allegedly attempting to remove a bicycle from Stemmler Hall at about 11:20 a.m.

April 1 - A male, 29, unaffiliated with the University, reported that an unknown suspect removed auto parts, valued at about $1,000, from his vehicle, which was parked in the garage at 40th and Walnut streets, at about 6:30 p.m.

April 1 - A female, 33, unaffiliated with the University, reported that an unknown suspect removed her wallet from her unattended purse that was hanging on her chair at White Dog Cafe, located at 3420 Samson St., at about 11:45 p.m.

April 1 - A female student, 20, reported that an unknown suspect took credit cards from her unattended wallet on Hill Field at about 8:20 p.m.

April 2 - A female student, 20, reported that an unknown suspect took her credit cards and cash at Gia Pronto, located at 3736 Spruce St., at about 6:30 p.m.

April 2 - A female student, 21, reported that an unknown suspect removed her unattended jacket from Smokey Joe's, located at 210 S. 40th, at about 2:50 p.m.

April 2 - A female, 21, unaffiliated with the University, reported that she leaned her bicycle, unsecured, against a wall on the 4000 block of Locust St. at about 12:30 p.m. and when she returned the bike and her pocketbook were gone.

April 2 - A female student, 20, reported that an unknown suspect removed her bicycle, secured with a cable lock, from Harrison College House, located at 3910 Irving St., at about noon.

April 3 - A female student, 22, reported that an unknown suspect removed her wallet from her purse at Bucks County Coffee, located at 240 S. 40th St., at about 11:00 a.m.
