Robbery

Feb. 7 - Kumasi MkWelli, 60, of the 7800 block of Mercury Ave., was arrested by Penn Police for allegedly attempting to leave CVS, located at 3409 Walnut St., without rendering payment for items at about 7:15 p.m.

Assault

Feb. 6 - Michael Joyner, 31, of the 200 block of N. 65th St., was arrested by Penn Police for allegedly being involved in a domestic dispute on the 3100 block of Market St. at about 8:45 p.m.

Burglary

Feb. 3 - A male student reported that, while he was away from his residence at 3924 Spruce St., an unknown suspect entered his property and removed electronic equipment at about 4:20 p.m.

Feb. 7 - A male student reported that, while he was away from his residence on the 4200 block of Spruce St., an unknown suspect entered his property and removed electronic equipment at about 5:30 p.m.

Theft

Feb. 2 - A female student reported that her wallet was removed from an unattended handbag that was hanging from the back of her seat at White Dog Cafe, located at 3420 Sansom St., at about 2:40 p.m.

Feb. 3 - A male student reported that a wallet was removed from his bag at Cosi, located at 140 S. 36th St., at about 5:20 p.m.

Feb. 4 - A female student reported that her wallet was removed from her unsecured purse at 3401 Walnut St. at about 3:30 p.m.

Feb. 4 -A female student reported that her bicycle, secured with a cable lock, was removed by an unknown suspect at Rodin College House at about 4:50 p.m.

Feb. 4 - Paul Munson, 40, of the 1900 block of 17th St., was arrested by Penn Police for allegedly attempting to leave Douglas Parfumerie, located at 3603 Walnut St., without paying at about 2:15 p.m.

Feb. 4 - A male University employee reported that his unattended laptop was stolen from an unsecured room at Goddard Labs, located at 3710 Hamilton Walk, at about 11:30 a.m.

Feb. 5 - A female University employee reported that her wallet was stolen from her unattended handbag that was hanging on the back of her seat at the Food Court, located at 3409 Walnut St., at about 6:15 p.m.

Feb. 5 - A University employee reported that computers were taken from the Towne Building at about 1:10 p.m.

Feb. 6 - A male student reported that an unknown suspect broke into his vehicle on the 3900 block of Baltimore Ave. and removed his iPod at about 7:40 p.m.

Feb. 6 - Maurice Moore, 31, of the 2300 block of N. Colorado St., was arrested by Penn Police after security observed him allegedly attempting to leave CVS, located at 3409 Walnut St., without paying for merchandise at about 5:00 p.m.

Feb. 7 - Bernard Davenport, 44, of the 5500 block of Haverford Ave., was arrested by Penn Police for allegedly stealing several items from two female students at Houston Hall at about 2:15 p.m.
