Theft

Jan. 11 - A University employee reported that his bag, containing a laptop worth an unspecified amount of money, was stolen after he placed it outside of Cosi on the 100 block of S. 36th Street.

Jan. 10 - A male University employee reported that his laptop was stolen while still in its packaging from under his office desk on the 3700 block of Spruce Street.

Jan. 9 - A complainant reported that his laptop was stolen from a table in a computer lab in Hamilton College House.

Jan. 8 - A female student reported that her backpack, containing a laptop worth an unspecified amount of money, was removed from her bag inside of 1920 Commons over the course of winter break.

Jan. 7 - A bag containing a laptop worth about $3,000 was stolen after it was left outside on the 4200 block of Spruce Street.

Trespassing

Jan. 10 - Robert Davis, 68 and unaffiliated with the University, was arrested after being seen on the 3100 block of Jones Way allegedly looking into Penn Facilities and Real Estate Services vehicles with a flashlight.

Jan. 7 - Darren Daniels, 18, and three juveniles unaffiliated with the University were cited for allegedly doing stunts on bikes on the 3400 block of Woodland Walk.

Jan. 6 - Kwame Agyapong, 28, was allegedly found inside the Chemistry laboratories on the 200 block of S. 34th Street without authorized permission.

Disorderly Conduct

Jan. 11 - College student Alexander Shoemaker, 20, was cited for alleged public urination in an aisle of the Fresh Grocer, located at 40th and Walnut streets, at about 1:40 a.m.

Jan. 6 - Timothy Cary, 19 and unaffiliated with the University, was cited after allegedly refusing to leave McDonald's on the 3900 block of Walnut Street and threatening police and employees with bodily harm.

Jan. 6 - Christopher Pacitti, 20 and unaffiliated with the University, was observed with blood on his clothes and was cited after admitting to allegedly fighting another male on the 3900 block of Walnut St.

Assault

Jan. 10 - Staff members reported that they were assaulted by a visitor to the emergency room at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.

Burglary

Jan. 6 - Students reported that their residence on the 4000 block of Spruce Street was burglarized through forced entry over the course of winter break.
